Introduction
ISHSR has taken the initiative to collect digital material that can be used by its members under specific conditions. Often, when we visit scientific meetings, we see excellent illustrations, used in lectures of colleagues. In some cases, this colleague will be willing to generously provide you with a copy of the desired image. Based on this type of personal exchange of material, ISHSR has decided to offer a place of exchange of illustrative material on its website. Here, colleagues who want to exchange a part of their scientific material, find the means to enrich their collection of illustration material. The photographic images are pixel-defined, with a minimum of XGA (1024 x 768) and a maximum as HD images (1920 x 1080 wide screen). Commercial use and multi-copy reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited. Functions in this area are supposed to be covered by commercial publishers.
Call for Material
We invite colleagues to contribute to the Image Gallery and ask to submit material, which will be screened by a small editorial committee nominated by the Executive Board of ISHSR. All material should be accompanied by a legend, i.e. a short, educational explanation describing the content of the material and a suggestion for the specific use of the material. Please avoid labeling the images by letters or symbols, please keep the images as clean as possible. Please keep files smaller than 2 Mb. Diagrams, drawings and other material are preferably provided in .pdf format. Please contact the editor for further discussions on this matter. Images should be sent to Editor, Eddie Wisse at eddie@wisse.be.
