Registration Instructions

Please complete all fields in the form below to create a logon. Once we process your payment via PayPal or check we will send you an e-mail indicating that your account has been activated. Please allow 2 business days for PayPal payments and 5 business days for check payments. You can then login to view members-only content on the site.

Payment via PayPal

Membership is on a subscription program and will automatically renew via your PayPal account a year from when you join.

NOTE: To cancel the automatic renewal of your membership you must login to your PayPal account and cancel the PayPal payment there.

Payment via Check

We recommend paying your membership through PayPal. If you choose to mail in a check you may send a personal or cashier's check payable to ISHSR Society to the address below. When mailing the check, please also include the username you entered in this form, along with your full name (first and last), telephone number, and mailing address.

PayPal Cancellation Notice

If PayPal has e-mailed you a cancellation notice because it was unable to automatically renew your membership, please follow these simple steps to renew your membership:

Visit http://www.ishsr.org/membership/login.php.
Login by entering your Username and Password, if you forgot your password, click on Forgot Password link and follow instructions.
You will see a boxed message stating: Your account has expired. Please visit PayPal’s site to renew it.
Click on PayPal’s hyperlink which will take you to PayPal login website.
Enter your PayPal password, if you forgot your password, click on Forgot Password link and follow instructions.
You will be directed to PayPal’s payment screen, this is where you can update your credit card information.
Click to process the payment.
You will receive a PayPal payment confirmation via e-mail.
